Shipping policy

Within the UK:

Free shipping is offered on all UK purchases over £150, otherwise it’s a flat rate of £12.99. Products are normally shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery - 1PM next day guaranteed, but sometimes a different provider is used. Please allow 2-4 working days for order fulfillment. In the event of any delays, we will contact you.

For all other destinations:

Shipping costs depend on destination, and is calculated at checkout. Shipping courier and delivery times will depend on the destination, and responsibility for paying of any import duties / customs charges, should they apply, remains with the buyer. 

All products are shipped with insurance to ensure that your purchase is covered for any damage or loss, regardless of destination.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider immediately. All our items are shipped with insurance so should an item arrive damaged or lost, customers should make a claim with the shipping provider (in the UK this is normally Royal Mail unless stated otherwise in your shipping confirmation). All instructions for making a claim can be found on the shipping provider’s website.
