Just want to share a few housekeeping items, please read on before you purchase ❤️

1. All items are packaged in a Little Gem gift box unless otherwise noted on item description. If you’ve purchased multiple items they will get shipped in one gift box where applicable, so if you need multiple boxes please email us [littlegemcontactme@gmail.com] at the time of order or drop a comment in the checkout process, and we will accommodate this for a nominal fee of £6.99 per extra box.

2. Shipping: our shipping policy can be found here. If for some reason you don’t see your destination listed, please just message us and we’ll look into whether we can accommodate this. Please note, any customs fees on international deliveries are to be wholly paid for by the buyer.

3. Returns are allowed for purchases made in the UK if returned within 7 days and subject to a 10% handling fee which will get deducted from the refunded amount. All purchases made outside the UK are final sale. For more details please read our returns policy here. Please note if we have resized a ring for you, it is final sale with not returns, no matter the shipping destination.
