Refund policy

For purchases made within the UK, we offer a 7 day return policy - unless we have resized a ring for you, then this is final sale. If your item is eligible for return, you can return it as long as you notify us within 7 days of receipt that you would like to return it, and from then you’ll have 7 days to ship it back to us. All returns are subject to a 10% handling fee which will get deducted from the refunded amount, and all return shipping fees are to be covered by the sender. Upon inspection we will refund you the total paid amount less the 10% handling fee. Please email littlegemcontactme@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return. 

Purchases made outside the UK are final sale, and please note, any customs fees incurred on international deliveries is to be wholly paid for by the buyer.

Given all our pieces are pre-loved, they will naturally have small nicks and scratches - unlike brand new jewelry that has yet to be worn lovingly over decades. We do everything we can to show our pieces in all their honest glory through photographs and videos, and to point out any notable imperfections. Please just request more photos or videos if you need more to help you with your purchase decision.

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping provider immediately. All our items are shipped with insurance so should an item arrive damaged or lost, customers should make a claim with the shipping provider (in the UK this is normally Royal Mail unless stated otherwise in your shipping confirmation). All instructions for making a claim can be found on the shipping provider’s website.
